Wealth Analytica connects to Intelliflo Office via OAuth 2.0. Client records, household structure, holdings and activity events sync both ways. Holdings refresh overnight; new clients and edits propagate within minutes. The platform reads from the same source-of-truth your firm already pays for, and writes back where Intelliflo's API allows.
What the integration actually does
We use Intelliflo's published API and OAuth 2.0 flow — the same one Intelliflo's documentation describes for accredited third-party developers. Your firm's Intelliflo administrator authorises the connection once; from that point on, the two systems exchange the records they should and leave alone the records they shouldn't.
On a new client added in Intelliflo, the client record appears in Wealth Analytica with the household structure, basic details and existing holdings prefilled. On a new client added in Wealth Analytica (typically from the lead-capture form), the record creates in Intelliflo at the moment the lead converts to client. Edits propagate in the direction the firm configures — usually with Intelliflo as the master for personal details and Wealth Analytica as the master for fact-find and risk records.
What syncs, and how often
- Client and household records. Sync within minutes via webhooks where Intelliflo emits them; otherwise on a 15-minute poll. Personal details, household structure, vulnerability flags, communication preferences.
- Holdings. Refresh overnight from Intelliflo's holdings endpoint. The portfolio your analytics see at 9 AM is the portfolio Intelliflo holds at end of business yesterday. Intraday refresh is available on demand for client meetings.
- Activity events. Calls, emails, meetings logged in Intelliflo surface as activity on the Wealth Analytica record, and vice versa. The two-way nature means a paraplanner working in either tool sees a coherent timeline.
- Document references. We don't duplicate Intelliflo's document store — instead, every generated proposal, suitability report and audit pack writes its existence back to the Intelliflo record with a deep link, so a colleague opening the Intelliflo client view sees the latest WA-generated artefact.
- Fee data. Where the firm operates ongoing fees in Intelliflo, the Consumer Duty fair-value workflow on the WA side reads the fee data and uses it in the year-2 evidence pack.
What triggers in WA when something changes in Intelliflo
A new holding appearing in Intelliflo automatically re-models the affected client portfolio in WA, surfaces the change in the next-review queue, and flags any breach of the firm's CIP. A vulnerability indicator added to the Intelliflo record opens a vulnerable-client review task on the WA side. A change to the household structure prompts a fact-find refresh. The integration isn't just data plumbing — the events trigger the workflow.
Auth model and data security
The OAuth grant is held against the firm, not against an individual user. If a paraplanner leaves, the connection stays live; the firm's principal manages the grant from Intelliflo's connected-app screen. The access token has a defined scope — we ask for what the integration needs and nothing else, and the scope is visible at the point of grant.
Data in transit is TLS 1.3. Data at rest in WA is encrypted with AES-256, in our UK Cloudflare and AWS estate. The integration meets the requirements firms typically ask about in due diligence: SOC 2 controls, ISO 27001-aligned operations, a documented sub-processor list, and a UK-resident processing footprint. The full data-processing addendum lives in the contract.
What we don't claim
Intelliflo is a Salesforce-platform product owned by Invesco; the public API exposes the records and events Intelliflo chooses to expose. Some fields are read-only from a third party's perspective and others are write-restricted to specific record states. Where the API doesn't allow a particular flow, we don't pretend otherwise. The areas where the integration is one-way rather than two-way are documented in the implementation guide your firm receives at onboarding.
We're a third-party integrator. Intelliflo is the source-of-truth your firm already runs; we add the analytics, the pipeline and the proposal layer on top.
What it costs
The Intelliflo integration is included in the £149.99 per user per month plan. No setup fee, no API surcharge, no separate "premium integration" tier. The connection sets up in your sandbox the first day; production cutover is part of the standard five-to-seven-day implementation.
Where this fits the pipeline
The Intelliflo integration sits underneath every stage of the platform. Fact-find pre-populates from it. Portfolio analysis reads holdings from it. Proposal builder writes proposals back to it. The same integration is the reason none of those stages asks your paraplanner to retype anything.
Connect your Intelliflo in 20 minutes
A trial seat, your Intelliflo OAuth granted into the sandbox, and your real client list visible in WA before the end of the call. The integration is the fastest part of the trial.
