Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Wealth Analytica when you use our platform or our website. Last updated 15 January 2026.

1. Who you're contracting with

These terms are between you ("you", "the Customer") and Wealth Analytica Ltd ("we", "us", "Wealth Analytica"), registered in England and Wales. By signing up for a free trial, paid subscription, or any service we offer, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. What we provide

Wealth Analytica is a software-as-a-service platform for Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs) covering client management, portfolio building, AI research, compliance, and reporting. We provide it as-described on www.wealthanalytica.com, with the features active at the time of your subscription.

We provide analysis — not regulated financial advice. The professional judgement applied to client recommendations remains yours.

3. Your account

You must keep your login credentials confidential, enable multi-factor authentication, and not share access with anyone outside your firm. You're responsible for everything done under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to bind your firm to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to break the law (FCA rules, GDPR, money laundering legislation, sanctions regimes).
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, decompile or otherwise extract our source code or models.
  • Resell, sub-license or white-label the platform without a written agreement.
  • Upload malware, run penetration tests without prior written approval, or attempt to exceed your authorised access.
  • Use the platform in a way that overloads or disrupts service for other customers.

5. Free trials

Free trials run for 14 days from the date you sign up, with full platform access. No credit card is required. The trial ends automatically — you'll need to actively choose to subscribe to continue. You can cancel any time during the trial and we'll delete your data within 30 days on request.

6. Pricing and payment

Subscription pricing is published on our pricing page. Fees are payable monthly or annually in advance, by direct debit or card. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT.

If a payment fails, we'll attempt to take it again within 7 days and notify you by email. If we still can't take payment after 14 days, we may suspend access until the balance is settled.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing customers' renewal pricing is honoured at the rate in place when they signed up, unless we agree otherwise.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription any time from inside the platform or by emailing hello@wealthanalytica.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We don't pro-rate refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by consumer-protection law.

After cancellation, your account remains accessible (read-only) for 30 days for data export. Your data is permanently deleted 90 days after cancellation, or sooner on request.

8. Data ownership

You own your client data. We process it on your behalf as data processor under our Data Processing Agreement (available on request). You can export your data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, PDF) at any time.

We own the Wealth Analytica platform, code, models, branding, and any aggregated, anonymised insights derived from product usage.

9. Service-level commitments

Target uptime: 99.9% measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance announced at least 48 hours in advance. Status and incident history are published at the platform's status page.

Support response times: live chat under 10 minutes during UK business hours; email under 2 hours during UK business hours; urgent issues (platform unavailable) immediate.

10. Warranties

We warrant that the platform will perform substantially as described in our documentation. We do not warrant the platform is fit for any particular client decision — applying our analysis to a regulated recommendation remains your professional responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all other warranties, conditions and terms.

11. Liability

We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that can't be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data (except where we've failed to meet our data-protection obligations).

12. Compliance with laws

You are responsible for using the platform in compliance with FCA rules, the Consumer Duty, AML/CTF requirements, and all other regulations applicable to your practice. We provide tooling to help you comply, but legal compliance remains your responsibility.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance. If you don't agree, you may cancel before the changes take effect.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
