A proposal that writes itself off the data you've already gathered

The end-of-pipeline deliverable. Pulls the fact-find, the risk band and the analytics into a branded client report, signed off in your firm's template, e-signed at the next meeting — the document your competitors are still rebuilding from scratch each time.

Wealth Analytica's proposal builder generates a branded client report from the live record — fact-find, risk band, portfolio analysis, recommendations and suitability narrative — in your firm's template, with live Morningstar data refreshed at the point of generation. E-signature included. The document the client signs is the document the file holds.

The proposal step most firms rebuild from scratch

Here's the pattern we see. Paraplanner gathers the fact-find. Adviser does the risk conversation. Someone runs the analytics in FE or Morningstar. A different someone opens last quarter's proposal in Word, finds-and-replaces the client name, pastes in fresh charts, rewrites the suitability narrative around them, exports a PDF, sends it via DocuSign. By the time the document reaches the client it's been touched by four tools and three people.

In firms we've worked with, producing a full client proposal commonly takes a working morning — and often a full day for complex cases. Most of that time isn't spent analysing the recommendation; it's spent rebuilding the document from last quarter's template. Multiplied by however many advised clients your firm onboards a month, the cost shows up as paraplanner overtime, missed family dinners, and an adviser quietly going to bed at midnight on Wednesdays.

The WAy a proposal lands in Wealth Analytica

Click "Generate proposal" on the client record. The system pulls the live fact-find, the latest risk score with the firm's CIP mapping, the current portfolio analysis with the up-to-the-minute Morningstar data, and the recommended portfolio. It renders into the firm's template — your colours, your logo, your covering letter, your section ordering. The suitability narrative drafts from the underlying data; the adviser reads and amends.

Twenty minutes later you've got a finished proposal sitting in the queue for review. Not a starting point. A finished proposal.

Live data at the point of generation

The numbers in the document are the numbers at the moment of generation. If the FTSE moved 1.4% this morning, the proposal you generate this afternoon reflects that move. We've watched advisers send proposals on Friday afternoons with values from Wednesday's close because that's when the analytics tool was last refreshed. Live Morningstar data, refreshed at generation, removes that drift.

Your firm's template, not ours

Implementation onboards your existing proposal template. Cover page, brand fonts, regulatory footer, section ordering, the specific way your firm phrases its suitability declarations — we configure the template once in your sandbox, and from then on every proposal renders the same way. We're not asking your firm to adopt a generic Wealth Analytica look; we're giving your firm's existing look a live data engine.

E-signature and audit pack

The signing flow is built in. The client receives the proposal as a PDF link with an e-signature flow that meets eIDAS 910/2014 standards. The signed proposal returns to the client record with the audit trail attached — every page version, every signature event, every timestamp. The file ages as the regulator expects it to age. Nothing about the audit pack depends on a Word document sitting in a leaver's personal folder.

Re-proposing at review

The same machine handles ongoing service reviews. Annual review proposals re-generate against the current record, comparing the current portfolio to a re-modelled one, surfacing the changes and producing the documented evidence Consumer Duty's outcomes-monitoring expects. Producing year-2 evidence stops being a once-a-year fire drill and becomes a click on every review meeting.

Where this fits the pipeline

Proposal builder is the end of the pipeline. It pulls from fact-find, risk assessment, and portfolio analysis, and produces the artefact your firm gets paid to produce: a defensible, branded, signed client proposal. One record, five stages, one document at the end.

Generate a real proposal in your firm's template

A trial seat, your existing proposal template loaded in the sandbox, and one of your real (anonymised) clients run end to end through the pipeline. You'll see the finished document inside an hour.
